"[Three ways to deal with stress] for someone who thinks about work 24 hours a day." has been created by Shin Open Lab. Based on his own experience of struggling in a stressful society when he was young, Tono will teach three ways to deal with stress: (1) don't create stress, (2) don't let it build up, and (3) leave it behind. While dealing with his own mind, which fluctuates like a wave, he shares his "Tono style Jinsei(life) Tutorial," in which he realized that laughter is the most important thing in life.
